History

ACS Door Services was incorporated back in 2008 where Anthony, our Director had one customer that he would accommodate on the weekends outside of his full-time job. In 2012 he decided to break away from his employment and focus on growing his business and working on a full-time basis. In 2012 we had just one employee and in early 2013 we hired our first technician who is still with us today. Over the past 10 years, we have grown to 12 technicians on the road with 4 full time office staff.

  • All our technicians aretrained by our Director Anthony Scott who is very much involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, he is available 24/7 to help our technicians with any technical questions that they have as well as being full time on the road himself.
  • Our team is available seven days a week 24 hours a day for breakdowns and servicing.
  • We are passionate about what we do and providing the best customer service possible.
  • We have integrated to a cloud-based end to end operations management system as we are conscious of the environment and are working towards achieving a paperless office.
  • All our vehicles are GPS tracked to deliver efficiencies and it allows us to give our customers a more accurate time of arrival. It also allows us to track lone workers to ensure their safety.
  • We have very strong relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers which enables us to achieve exceptional turnaround times for emergency repairs.
  • We believe in supporting Australian jobs, all our Roller Shutters and Roller Doors are manufactured here in Victoria.
  • Our Sectional Doors are German made but are assembled and distributed by a local supplier in Echuca again allowing for speedy turn-around times and we carry spare parts in our vans for all minor repairs ( eg: PE Safety Beams, Drive chain and Hand Chain)
